CRMS enables small to medium sized businesses to understand and implement simple management systems to comply with complex legal and other compliance requirements

CRMS History

CR Management Systems has been established since 1997, providing compliance management systems and related training to the automotive service industry.

The original target audience was small to medium service businesses without the time or the resources available for a traditional approach to ISO9000 documentation and implementation.

Warren Mills developed the documentation and implementation process employed as a result of a lifetime of experience as an automotive engineering technician, manager, trainer and business proprietor and organisation development manager. This process was developed to overcome the complexity of the conceptual and behavioural challenges faced by small businesses in meeting externally audited compliance management regimes.

In the past 5 years, CR Management has developed unique methodologies that have enabled us to become the largest supplier of ISO 9000 systems to the Australian automotive service industry, and SAI Globals' (Standards Australia auditing organisation) largest customer. We now have over 300 independent businesses using our products and services nationwide.

Since 2000, CR Management Systems has developed non-automotive management systems for the EPA including ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems for manufacturing businesses.
